Visison: The lights itself are pretty good, yet brightful for this pic.
Mostly, abandoned places are my fav. things, especially how you posed the monsters in there <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)"/>

Originality: Pretty great, but could be added some more details...

Technique: Very excellent with lights and some gaussian blur!

Impact: Could use some "Depth Of Field" thing (if you have)
And might would blur the web on right...
